Monacoast was formed by three people who had each watched good sites turned into forgettable buildings. The company exists to do fewer projects, hold on to them longer, and be reachable when something goes wrong.
To make property in Abuja that is worth owning for a long time, and to look after it once it is.
That means refusing sites that only work on a spreadsheet, specifying materials that can be replaced locally, and keeping the management contract so our name stays attached to the building after the sale.
