We are not trying to build the most. We are trying to build the few that are still worth owning in twenty years.

Six disciplines, one accountable party. We develop, we design, we build, and we stay on to manage what we made.
- 01
Development
Site to handover, on balance sheet.
- 02
Investment
Units structured for yield, not just resale.
- 03
Design & architecture
In-house, so the drawing survives the build.
- 04
Property management
Tenancy, maintenance, service charge.
- 05
Smart buildings
Power, access and metering that actually work.
- 06
Advisory
Land, feasibility and exit planning.
- 01
Title you can take to a bank
Every unit is sold with Certificate of Occupancy documentation in place and a named solicitor on both sides. We will send the documents before you visit, not after you pay.
- 02
A build you can inspect, monthly
We publish dated site photography every month, shot from the same position, so the progress is yours to check rather than ours to claim. You can stand on either site before you pay anything.
- 03
We are still there afterwards
Our management arm runs the buildings we develop. The people who sold you the apartment answer the phone when the generator fails.
Come and look before you pay anything.
Both sites are photographed every month from the same position, and the strip is published whether the month went well or not. You are welcome to stand on either of them, Monday to Saturday.
